Notorious IPA

Everything about our Notorious IPA is BIG: think bold fresh flavours, higher ABV and heavy-handed hopping. 

Our recipe is a classic West Coast IPA, starting with a mash-tun full of pilsner and malts. Then we generously dose with a dope blend of New Zealand and American hops: Pacifica, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe, unleashing BIG flavours of lush fruits, citrus, and sticky pine, with a clean, lingering bitterness and a resinous finish.
